Merry Christmas, everybody... ^^

Usually RPGs or strategy games...
rarely platformers or shooters.
I prefer SNES and PSX games over most of the newer ones.
Never really got into PC games.

I like giving presents a lot - I like preparing them, thinking how the person getting it will be happy when he/she opens it...
getting presents is also nice, though it depends from whom....I hate to get presents from people who feel obliged to give them, and give some thoughtless things... and you have to be nice and say "Thank you, this is great"....

I liked the fighting system of Xenogears - simple, and yet not boring, and the one from Grandia a lot....
Rudra no Hihou has an interesting magic system, where you have to write your spells in your spellbook... you can create your own ones, try funny things, or copy big blasters from the last boss if you can remember his incantation

well....Genjou Sanzo from Gensoumaden Saiyuki, I think - he's got a sexy voice, not to mention that hot black garment...
plus, being one myself I always had a thing for untouchable persons ^^

^^ that reminds me - I have so many GBA RPGs lying around here, and just don't have the time to play them...
of the ones I played, I liked Golden Sun a lot - it had that Shining Force feeling.
Sword of Mana was also good - since I liked the original Seiken Densetsu 1 on the GB a lot, it was very nostalgic.
I haven't played Breath of Fire 1 & 2 on the GBA, but I don't think they differ much from the SNES versions...
The next game I'll play is probably Tactics Ogre - Knights of Lodis or FF Tactics Advanced.

I'm also rather new here, and haven't yet introduced myself properly -
I'm 23 years old, from Germany.
I like Anime and Videogames a lot.
During my schooltime I also did a lot of drawing and painting, but stopped when I went to university. I'm trying to get back to it, though, so maybe I can post some new works here in a while.
This site has been a great inspiration - seeing all the doujinshi here made me want to go back to drawing ^^

My favourite videogame is Xenogears...followed by most of the PRGs & strategic games released between 1990 & 2002...like Chrono Trigger, Lunar, Vagrant Story, Wild Arms, Suikoden, Valkyrie Profile, Final Fantasy 1 - 9 (except 8, never got the hang of it), Rudra no Hihou, Shining Force, FF Tactics, and all the others I surely forgot here...

My favourite Anime are Saiyuki (only season 1 & 2 so far, I'm a bit disappointed with Reload), Cowboy Bebop, Tonari no Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Kaze no Tanino Nausica, Bubblegum Crisis 2032, and loads of others...

My favourite Manga are Saiyuki, Saiyuki Reload, Ranma, Berserk, Appleseed, Battle Angel Alita, Maison Ikkokku, and so on...
